Before embarking on any treatment, please understand that results may vary from client to client.
Where results are mentioned, those results are testimonial information provided to us by our individual client and demonstrated by the individual client result images in the form of before and after images. The results achieved by the individual permitting us to share the information are individual to said client.
Whilst results are achievable given the qualification of the practitioner, the performance of the products we use and the service we provide by way of before and after care; we can accept no liability, provide no refunds should you not achieve your desired results. Please do not assume that you will achieve those same results. Please do not construe any statement in this website as a claim or representation of results for all. There are NO guaranteed results. Testimonials and statements of individuals are not to be construed as claims or representations of results. We cannot, do not, and will not make any claims as to guaranteed results for all.
Treatment success in any endeavour is based on many factors’ individual to you. We complete a full consultation to depict your health and lifestyle background, this gives us due process to provide you with a fair assessment and likelihood of the results you may achieve. We again confirm that results are not guaranteed even with a full consultation completed for each and every client.
Please perform your own due diligence before embarking on any course of treatment. Follow the advice of your practitioner and be mindful and realistic regarding your treatment outcomes.
Cancellation policy
Harley Cosmetic London (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the harleyclondon.com website (the “Service”).
We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy.
If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the day of your arrival you will not be charged.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the day of appointment will incur a £50 charge.
Security fee is to secure your booking which is redeemable against product or treatment. To book any future appointments a new security fee of £50 will be mandatory to secure your booking.
Our policy is simply to avoid no shows and time wasters which can have a detrimental affect on the company.

Courses of Treatments
All treatments purchased as a course or value pack must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment. All treatment courses must be taken within 12 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 12 months will be forfeited.
Value packs are only refundable for medical reasons with a minimum 14 day notice period prior to beginning treatment. Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you.
If a refund is requested due to medical reasons, following receipt of required evidence, the refund will be calculated deducting costs to the business as follows: minimum of 3 weeks written notice 50% refund, 2 weeks written notice 30% refund.
All pre-paid treatment packages impacted by medical reasons will be extended by the period of time impacted.
All pre-paid treatment packages impacted by COVID-19 will be extended by the period of time impacted.
